amazingly helpful staff and the place was impeccably clean. appreciated our amazing and very good breakfast with all dietetic food and every taste, as example. our room was spotless and brand-new provided with a perfect shower and excellent internet connection, as example. the location was unbeatable - near the centre and close to the metro and restaurants, cafe and convenience shops.

There's a curtain in the shower, so all the water is pouring on the floor.

The breakfast at the hotel was incredible with all dietetic food. Our classic queen room was equipped with a nice big shower, a bathtub. This hotel offers an amazing breakfast with healthy food options. We stayed in a classic queen room that had a spacious shower and a bathtub. The location is great, only a short walk from House Rekk.

My stay at Mercure was exceptional! The staff made me feel comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Kremlin and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great looking hotel in an amazing position close to metro station. Incredibly helpful staff, brand-new room with a nice big shower as well as Wifi. Location adjacent to the main attractions and aero express and the Tretyakov gallery and the Kremlin. Real good stay, as always.

I recently stayed at Mercure hotel for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean and decorated nicely, with a big and comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a safe area, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is also within walking distance to the subway station. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay, and I would like to give a special shout out to Alexandra from the front desk for her exceptional service. it's a great value for the money and highly recommended.

The stay was exceptionally comfortable. The staff, especially Anna Perveeva, were warm, friendly, and professional. Ivan made me feel comfortable from the start. The reception girls went the extra mile to make my trip seamless. The hotel is located in a quiet center, just a 15-minute walk from the Red Square. Close to public transportation and the airport train.

Clean, cozy, compact, comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The double bed was comfortable and the room design was unique and creative, with a beautiful ceiling painting. There were plenty of places to put my small belongings, making it easy to keep things organized. The room was also very clean, and I appreciated the inclusion of tea, coffee, and mineral water in the room price. The hotel staff provided excellent service at the reception, offering helpful maps and directions.
